We suggest conference attendees plan to arrive in Paris by 4pm on Wednesday afternoon November 3rd. This will give attendees time to rest from the long flight and allow time to attend the opening reception at the Citadines Hotel. We are working now with Air France and Delta to get conference air travel rates, and we will update this site when (and if) those rates are confirmed. If you have frequent flyer miles or other discounts already, please go ahead and make your travel reservations as soon as possible.
The Society encourages all those attending the Paris conference to go ahead and book reservations on your own while fares are low. Our efforts to get a group rate only yeilded a 2% discount, but the restrictions were too great for our group coming from many different cities.
